How often
is the ABA Routing Database Updated?
Our
Virtual Database is always being updated with the
exception of the downloaded database which is updated a minimum of once per month, and
more often as necessary. We notify all our active
clients when a new database update is ready for
downloading. Currently we are releasing updates
anywhere from 2 to 3 times per month.

Are
Credit Unions included?
Yes - Any
U.S. Based ACH Financial Institution, including Credit
Unions are included in our database.

Are
Canadian Banks Included?
Partially
- currently we do not supply information specifically
for Canadian, or other Non-US Banks, unless they have a
physical branch on U.S. Territory, and are assigned a
unique Routing Number.
Canadian
Banks utilize what is called a "Transit"
number, and is currently outside the product we provide.

Can I use
the ABA Verification System in a networked environment
using a single account?
Yes, as
long as you meet the following criteria...
-
All
computers or Terminals are connected to the Internet
-
All
Computers or Terminals are not using more than 2 IP
addresses [one remote is acceptable] - How any IP
sharing will be detected by our system, and will
result in a denial of access, and termination of
your account.
If you are
in doubt or require special privileges, please open a support
ticket so we may clarify your needs.

If I cancel
my membership, do I get a refund?
If you are
a 1st time purchaser of any of our products, and are not satisfied with the
product within the first 30 days of of purchasing it,
you can cancel, then request a refund via our support
ticket system.
Our refund
guarantee is for 1st time purchasers only.

If I
unsubscribe, does that mean my membership is cancelled to?
No - your
membership remains alive, and you can still access our
free tools and stay within our system for as long as you
wish.
In the
future, if you wish to re-subscribe, you may do so at
any time via your private members area.

Does
the Database contain Fractionals?
At this
time, no. The reason is that we don't have a lot
of requests for this additional data, and incorporating
this is very time consuming and labor intensive, which
could possibly double or triple the price we charge.
It is our
goal to keep the price as low as possible, therefore
maximizing your ROI.

Can
I simply purchase only the Database?
The short
answer is - Yes, there is an option for downloading the
Database for use within your organization.
Please
refer to our licensing restrictions by reading our Terms
of Service for more information regarding licensing.
For users
of our previously released [ since discontinued ] Routing Checker
Pro Software, there is an .mdb file you can use to
update that programs database.

am a registered user of your discontinued "Routing
Checker Pro" Software program. Can I still obtain
Database Updates for this program?
We are
working on a separate system for this. Please
contact us via our support system, so we can provide you
with options on obtaining current database for your
program.
