This
depends upon when you subscribed. If you subscribe
to our service, and are not satisfied with the product,
you can unsubscribe, then request a refund via our support
ticket system providing it is before the next
subsequent update is released.
Example:
- 2 Month Access Purchase.
If you
purchase, and subsequently request a refund prior to the
release of the next update, you will get a 100% refund.
If you
cancel after the 1st update, but before the 2nd update,
you will get a 50% refund.
No refunds
after the 3rd update.
Example -
Revolving Subscription Purchase.
Initial
Subscription - If you unsubscribe & cancel before
the next occurring update, you get 100% refund.
After
Initial Subscription - If you unsubscribe before the
next release, you get a refund of the last paid
subscription fee, as an example....

Jan 1 - Receive Primary DB + 1 Update - Subscription
Fee paid Feb 1. - You wish to Cancel before next
update & unsubscribe.

are eligible for Refund of your Feb 1 subscription
fee, but not your Jan 1 fee.

Jan 1 - Receive Jan DB + Updates - Paid Subscription
Fee - Received Update(s) - Decide to unsubscribe
before revolving re-subscription date - Access
continues until next subscription fee is due and
system will cancel your access automatically,
regardless of the updates issued up to then

are not eligible for a refund - the system will
automatically cancel your access as long as you
unsubscribe prior to the next expiry date.
