ABA Routing Number Database & Verification System

How often is the ABA Routing Database Updated?

Our Database is updated a minimum of once per month, and more often as necessary. We notify all our active clients when a new database update is ready for downloading.  We do, however, encourage you to check in from time to time and compare the version number.

Are Credit Unions included?

Yes - Any U.S. Based ACH Financial Institution, including Credit Unions are included in our database.

Are Canadian Banks Included?

Partially - currently we do not supply information specifically for Canadian, or other Non-US Banks, unless they have a physical branch on U.S. Territory, and are assigned a unique Routing Number.

Can I use the ABA Database in a network environment?

Yes - Check the licensing criteria on our order page. All license levels include installation on a server, accessible by any or all computers and/or terminals located within your company's network, for use by your employees for validating and verifying Routing Numbers.

Standard Licenses do not include re-selling or distributing our database to the public for a fee or free, or contained in software or other electronic means for distribution to the public, or those not within the direct employment of your company.

Commercial Licenses go beyond the scope of the standard license, as per our order site.

If you are in doubt, please open a support ticket so we may clarify your needs.

If I cancel my membership, do I get a refund?

This depends upon when you subscribed.  If you subscribe to our service, and are not satisfied with the product, you can unsubscribe, then request a refund via our support ticket system providing it is before the next subsequent update is released.

Example: - 2 Month Access Purchase.  

If you purchase, and subsequently request a refund prior to the release of the next update, you will get a 100% refund.

If you cancel after the 1st update, but before the 2nd update, you will get a 50% refund.

No refunds after the 3rd update.

Example - Revolving Subscription Purchase.

Initial Subscription - If you unsubscribe & cancel before the next occurring update, you get 100% refund.

After Initial Subscription - If you unsubscribe before the next release, you get a refund of the last paid subscription fee, as an example....

Scenario #1

Subscribe Jan 1 - Download DB, but can't use it, so you want to cancel & get a refund. You unsubscribe & request a refund before the next database is released.

You are eligible for Refund of your initial [Jan 1] subscription fee.

Scenario #2

Subscribe Jan 1 - Receive Primary DB + 1 Update - Subscription Fee paid Feb 1. - You wish to Cancel before next update & unsubscribe.

You are eligible for Refund of your Feb 1 subscription fee, but not your Jan 1 fee.

Scenario #3

Subscribe Jan 1 - Receive Jan DB + Updates - Paid Subscription Fee - Received Update(s) - Decide to unsubscribe before revolving re-subscription date - Access continues until next subscription fee is due and system will cancel your access automatically, regardless of the updates issued up to then 

You are not eligible for a refund - the system will automatically cancel your access as long as you unsubscribe prior to the next expiry date.

If I unsubscribe, does that mean my membership is cancelled to?

No - your membership remains alive, and you can still access our free tools and stay within our system for as long as you wish.

In the future, if you wish to re-subscribe, you may do so at any time via your private members area.

Does the Database contain Fractionals?

At this time, no.  The reason is that we don't have a lot of requests for this additional data, and incorporating this is very time consuming and labor intensive, which could possibly double the price we charge.
