I process e-checks for various web-sites, and the
database I have was several years old.
Since it cost a LOT of money to update that database,
I was getting very frustrated with all the bank mergers and
name changes, to say the least!
Your product has filled the void for me and it is SO
EASY to use. Every
time I come across a number that doesn’t match my
database, I just open your program, type in the routing
number and VOILA! my answer appears!
Plus, I can then update my old database very easily
with the new information.
There
has only been one occasion when the new name of the
institution was not in your latest update - but it was a
very recent change. When
I wrote to you inquiring about it, you responded very
promptly, confirming the change, and you quickly changed
your database to include the new information.
You
have always been very timely in responding to any questions.
